Nigeria lost two billion litres of petrol to spill – NOSDRA

In order to solve the perennial power challenge at the Obudu Mountain Resort, the Cross River State Government has procured and installed 60kw solar plant at the resort.

Mr. Bobby Ekpenyong, the Special Adviser to the State Government stated this in a statement made available to journalists over the weekend.

According to him, visitors to the resort had complained about the power challenge in the past, stressing that the issue had now been tackled by the government and hoped that visitors would increase to the mountain.

He assured that the ranch would now have 24 hours power supply with the installation of the solar plant.

After a jam packed and hugely successful December season, which saw some overcrowding and maximum utilisation of the facilities at the ranch, the power and catering issues, he noted stood out large.
