Six ships laden with petrol arrive Lagos ports

The Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA) said on Tuesday that nine ships laden with various products, including petrol, are at the Lagos ports waiting to berth, Leadership reports.

The NPA disclosed in its daily “Shipping Position” that six of the vessels were waiting to berth with petrol. Three other ships, it said, would berth with bulk fertiliser and containers.

It added that 31 other ships laden with petroleum products, food items and other goods were expected at Apapa and Tin-Can Island ports between Tuesday and March. 27.
